Fraser Valley Retriever Training Club Constitution

  1. The name of the Society is “Fraser Valley Retriever Training Club.”
    • The area of operation of this club is the Township of Langley.
  2. The purposes of the Society are:
    1. To facilitate the training of working retrievers for recreational pursuits and the preservation of upland birds and migratory waterfowl.
    2.  To promote and foster the preservation, protection and restoration of wetlands habitat.
    3. To hold training clinics to encourage the development of handlers and their dogs.
    4. To promote the benefits of working retrievers through demonstration events and working retriever competitions.
    5. To lease/acquire wetlands for retriever training and competition.
    6. To expand the participant base in retriever training and competitions.
    7. To hold events sanctioned by the Canadian Kennel Club.
